Online Relax and Restore - Connect with Nature

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (10th-16th May) this restorative class is being offered to raise funds for Solent Mind, the mental health charity.

We have all benefited from our connection with nature during the COVID-19 pandemic. Celebrate the importance of that connection through meditation, mindful movement and deep relaxation.

Working with pillows, bolsters, cushions and blankets, a combination of gentle yoga practices and supported holds will allow your body to release deep held tension. Settle into a cosy relaxation position to finish with a guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed, restored and refreshed.
