FREE Outdoor Yoga 

Saturday 5th June

10.30-11.30am 

Inspired by World Environment Day come and join me as we get outside, enjoy some fresh air and connect with nature. 

We will meet up and find ourselves a quiet spot where we can enjoy some gentle outdoor yoga together.

 

Please book a space so that I know who to expect (and so that I can email to confirm whether we are going ahead a couple of hours beforehand) 

 

Let me know if you are going to be bringing a friend along as well. First timers are welcome!

Online Relax and Restore - Connect with Nature

7.30-9.00pm 

Postponed from Mental Health Awareness Week back in May, this restorative class is being offered to raise funds for Solent Mind, the mental health charity.

We have all benefited from our connection with nature during the COVID-19 pandemic. Celebrate the importance of that connection through meditation, mindful movement and deep relaxation.

Working with pillows, bolsters, cushions and blankets, a combination of gentle yoga practices and supported holds will allow your body to release deep held tension. Settle into a cosy relaxation position to finish with a guided meditation to leave you feeling relaxed, restored and refreshed.

Refresh your body and mind with this relaxing session.
