Working with bolsters and blankets, a combination of gentle yoga and long holds will allow your body to release deep held tension. Settle into a cosy relaxation position to finish with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) to leave you feeling restored and refreshed.

Beginners' Yoga Course (5 weeks)

Ever fancied trying yoga? Returning after a break or want to go over the basics? Know anyone interested in starting yoga?
This five week course will explore the basic postures of yoga (from which all other poses stem from). A brief overview of yoga philosophy will be included as well as an introduction to breathing techniques and meditation.
A longer class time allows basic yoga poses to be broken down, adjustments and modifications offered and there will be time to ask questions along the way. Handouts accompany the course so that you can practice what you have learnt at home.
Increase flexibility, build strength, decrease stress and learn to quiet the mind.
Ideal for complete beginners or for those who have practiced before and want to take things back to basics.
